Product Introduction

Deodorization mechanism
According to the needs, the plant concentrate solution and demineralized water used in the deodorization system are formulated into the required concentration by a high-pressure pump. After being pressurized, they are delivered to the high-pressure atomizing nozzle device. The atomizing nozzle device fully atomizes the plant solution into tiny droplets, which are evenly mixed in the odor emission space and fully contact with odor molecules. On the surface of the tiny droplets, a great surface energy is formed, which can adsorb odor molecules such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, mercaptan, methanol, and organic amines that form odor in the air. This causes the structure of the odor molecules to change and become unstable. At this time, the effective molecules in the solution can provide electrons to the odor molecules and react with them. At the same time, the odor molecules adsorbed on the surface of the droplets can also react with oxygen in the air. Through the purification effect of the plant solution, the odor molecules will be adsorbed and decomposed, thus achieving the purification effect.
