Product Introduction
Honeycomb Activated Carbon is manufactured by a ceramic process from 50–70 % activated carbon, 17–35 % sepiolite, and 13–25 % kaolin. The three raw materials are weighed, ball-milled, sieved, mixed, filter-pressed, kneaded, aged, re-kneaded, extruded into shape, dried, calcined, inspected, and finally packaged. The resulting product is water-, acid-, and alkali-resistant, mechanically strong, and possesses a large surface area. It is widely used in environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, the food industry, and as a catalyst support.
